I can't or rather, don't want to get away

Every time I wonder if I am doing something wrong nursing Keina to sleep, I read and re-read this article on Kellymom:

Despite the obvious inconveniences i.e. early bedtime, no dinner appointments with friends, only person to put her to sleep, my overused boob, me having to run back into the room to get her back to sleep by nursing more.. I am actually quite happy and rested with this lifestyle. I call it lifestyle now though at the beginning I saw it as a chore. Back in the days, I used to keep counting the minutes she goes to sleep and the number of times she wakes. But as all good breastfeeding experts say- Watch the baby, don't watch the clock! These days, I have come to embrace my earlier dinnertime, my quiet evening with a book as she nurses, my internet time next to her on the bed before N comes home. Even cuddling with her is a comfort as her legs tuck in between my thighs and sometimes, her chubby thighs even my good bolster for me. Another big plus is that as long as she has me, she can sleep anywhere so I don't doubt for a second that she will be able to sleep just as well in SG (but the heat and humidity could be another matter altogether).

I do see how she seems to sleep differently at different stages. For example, when she started to crawl, she just kept waking up nearly every few hours or she kept waking herself up by turning. Now, as she gets the hang of things, it's like her brain is more relaxed and she sleeps better.

Thus, I believe when the time comes, she will grow out of it. Meantime, I will just enjoy this private intimate moments I have with her, watching and hearing her breathe in her sleep and hold onto her as much as I can. Cos like they say, boy- do they grow up fast!
